RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can exchange or return an item for free within 20 days of receiving it. Here you will find the answers to all your questions about the conditions. Plus, you can easily register an exchange or return.

What are the return conditions?

 

You can register your return within 20 days of receiving the product. You will then have an additional 14 days to return your product free of charge. You have 2 possibilities:

exchange           your product for free for another product

·           Return your product for free and get a refund.

To recover the full purchase price, it is important to return your product in its original, undamaged condition. So don’t hesitate to look at the product quietly as you would in the store.

 

What return options are available to me?

 

You have 3 options within 20 days of receiving your product:

·           exchange your product free of charge for another product;

·           have your product repaired;

·           Return your product for free and get your money back.

Your product will still be repaired after 20 days.

 

How will I get my money back?

 
You will usually receive your funds by bank transfer.
After returning the product, you will be asked for your account number and all necessary banking information.
 

What are the exceptions for returns?

 

As you can imagine, the following products cannot be returned:

  • software: so you will not be able to revert to the latest version of FIFA after playing a game;
  • digital activation codes such as those used for Microsoft Office;
  • gift certificates and vouchers, even if they have not yet been used;
  • cartridges and toners whose protection and film have been removed.

Services provided by couriers and installers are not reimbursed. The following items are affected:

  • installation and coating costs;
  • for installation and embedding work;
  • the costs of services such as Fedex, Hyb Deliverer ® and deliveries at specific time slots.

 

Does TAJTWO collect my product or do I have to return it myself?

The option offered depends on the size of the product.

·           In  most cases  , we ask you to send us the product yourself. All you have to do is pack it and send it via the nearest point of sale or parcel distributor or send it free of charge via one of our couriers.

·           In general, we pick up  large products  such as appliances and kitchen appliances.

Want to know if we collect your product? This information is sent by email once your product is registered. You can also go to the « characteristics » section of the product page to see the type of guarantee applied. If it says “Onsite Warranty” it means we will collect your product. If it says « Return to Base Guarantee », we expect you to return the product to us.

 

Do I receive the full purchase price of the product I returned?

This solution is applied in almost all cases. Of course, it depends on the condition of your product. To receive the full purchase price for your product, it is important that it is in its original condition and undamaged when returned. This way he can make someone else happy.

If these conditions are not respected, we will determine the loss of value according to the state in which your product is.

So take the time to examine the product as you would in the store. Example  : take the frying pan out of its box, check it on all sides, but do not use it to cook your meals.

 

Is it possible to return my item in store?

 

Yes, you can return your product to one of our stores. You don’t need to register the device in advance or print anything. In the event of a malfunction, we will first try to find a solution ourselves. If that doesn’t work, we’ll send your product to the repair service.

We will pay the amount of the product to your account. It is not possible to receive cash.

 

Can I test a product at home?

Yes, you can test your product as you would in store.

Don’t like the product? In this case, you can return it. It is important to return your product in its original condition and packaging. This way we can gift it to someone else.

 

How soon will I be reimbursed after my return?

As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund you within 5 working days. How quickly you get your money back depends on the payment method you used.

You can get your money back in installments. There can be two causes:

·           You paid the amount or part of the amount with a gift certificate or coupon. You will then receive the amount in purchase credit.

·           You exchanged a product for another product. In this case, we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method with which you paid first. Did you pay extra for the other product? You will then receive the remaining amount separately.

Did you pay in cash? In the case of a return to the store, we will refund you an amount of up to $50 in cash. An amount over $50 will be refunded to your bank account.

 REPAYMENT

Upon receipt of your package by our services, we will check it and refund you within 5 days.

Reimbursement will be made by reverse transaction (  bank transfer and/or voucher  ).
